Description

Awaken Within is a cohort that meets online weekly for 5 weeks to explore life through the 5 senses and awaken the authentic self within. Discover a oneness with God that is always present with insight to help us navigate through life. Our final meeting will be in-person to explore the world of taste through dim sum.   

This cohort is filled with hands-on activities to practice discernment, and group sharing time to learn and grow with each other. There will be assignments during the week to continue exploring and discovering our inner selves with God. Weekly reflective journaling helps us find our authentic voice and fully live the life Jesus restored in us.

Time:

• Virtual, Thursdays, 12 noon – 1:00 pm, July 6, 13, 20, 27, 
• In-person, Saturday, Aug 5, enjoying dim sum in Chinatown 

Cost: $60 (includes dim sum)
